Our Mission
Medics Wisconsin LLC is a State of Wisconsin Registered Non-Transporting Paramedic Agency based in Menasha, Wisconsin. We provide medical event consulting, on-site safety staffing, and AHA-certified education to communities, organizations, and event organizers across the state.
Founded with the belief that every event deserves a professional medical safety plan, we’ve spent over a decade building a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for the communities we serve.
What We Do
Consulting: Event medical safety plan development, medical staffing and volunteer coordination, supply procurement, regulatory compliance review, and full project planning with timelines and cost analysis.
Event Staffing: On-site medical teams for festivals, community events, corporate events, and private functions.
Education: AHA CPR/BLS, First Aid, ACLS & PALS, Stop the Bleed, Narcan (naloxone) administration, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens compliance training, and group/private training for organizations.
